    Welcome to the 90-Day Start With Heart “Wellness Foundations" coaching program designed to support you in beginning your health and wellness journey.

    My program is broken down into three main pillars:

    Pillar 1: Mindset – Get your mind right before the fight

    Discovery & Design: We dive deep and uncover what your core needs are; find your ultimate Why and design a tailored wellness vision.

    Conquer Fear & Negativity: We identify the negative dialogue and fears that may be holding you back from your ideal healthy lifestyle; boost your confidence and empower you to make the necessary changes in your life; and instill a warrior mindset.

    Change Your Perspective: Flip the switch on your relationship with exercise, nutrition and self-care. You will learn that a workout can be fun, not a chore. Healthy eating does not have to taste like cardboard.

    Pillar 2: Movement & Recovery - We Move Different!

    Finding your groove: With new goals set weekly, you will experiment with different types of exercise and movement.

    Rest & Recovery: We’ll go over dynamic stretching and warm-up techniques, as well as cool-downs and mobility routines to protect your body from injury and to repair muscle.

    Pillar 3: Stress management & Self-care–Put the “OM” back in “Mom”

    Stress management & Self-care: We talk about how to better manage stress using a variety of exercises and breathing techniques. As well as ways to introduce self-care into your lifestyle.

    Wellness as a way of life: We put it all together: We continue to take action and establish the habits and routines needed for a fresh new Mindset; joyful, results-driven Movement; and a calmer approach to life.
